  1. Kate Dresher - Executive Director - Welcome/ Call to order
    • Introductions and Delegates/Sign-in Sheet
    • Minutes from the Sept. 16 th Meeting approved
  2. Marc Luckett - Statement of the President
    • Colorado college players Caroline Cryer and Devon Wills on the National Team.
    • Welcome new clubs - front-range clubs - Pueblo and Laramie discuss how to incorporate into games.
    • Review responsibilities of Admins and Delegates
    • Proposed rules - redline of changes on the website
    • Expansion- Western Slope/Wyoming/New Mexico - Santa Fe, Trinidad, Grand Junction and Aspen started teams.
  3. Chris Cosentini - Secretary's Report
    • Contact with coaches please send admin and coaches contact information to me to create directory
  4. Kristen Linhardt - VP Report
    • Merchandise sales
    • Need a fund raising committee, people willing to bring ideas and help collect auction items.
    • Festival Volunteers - need help during festival
      • 1 person from each club needed to man the sales booth
      • Need volunteer to help entire day with a car
      • Look at other fund raising ideas, silent auction or raffle
  5. Treasurer's Report
    • Budget Report - we still have money but we need club payments to pay money owed from the Turkey shoot and fall ball, payments for officials, coaches training and t-shirts for sale at the festival coming up.
  6. Executive Director's Report:
  • 24 Clubs and growing!
  • February clinics for players
  • February coaches clinic at DSST - REQUIRED of all coaches. Contact Kate if can't make it. It is very important for new coaches to make the training. Coaches need USLacrosse Level 1 training - online is acceptable.
  • February PCA clinics for parents, admins, coaches
  • Demospere - new website for league programs - game schedule. Rich Morgan setting up passwords and links for coach/club access.
  • Need team info by 2/25; create divisions; draft schedule 3/14; final schedule 3/21
  • Fort Collins only has 15 officials, need to increase number of certified officials and coaches to support games.
  • Need waivers for all girls playing up a level
  • 6 th Grade Gold can play modified checking if no 5 th graders on the team
  • Sideline managers for each team - Kate handed out cards and lanyards
  • Festival - 6 th grade All-Stars picked and CGLA recognition awards
  • Fees for the season - Grades 5 - 8 are $500; Grades 3 - 4 are $415.
  • 3/6 Team Rosters by email or mail
  • 3/8 Youth Officials training at Colorado Academy (cwloa.org)
  • Need 3 coaches to work with Marc on 6 th grade All-Stars
